helpful staff excellent location city restaurants

alberto and monica helped me greatly with parking. my car and trailer were too big for the hotel car park lift. the location is excellent for reaching restaurants and the city.

the walk from the station was a bit long.

great location friendly staff glass partition poor soundproofing

The location was great and near everything I needed. The staff were very friendly. They helped me with directions. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially liked the customized egg plate.

The glass partition for the toilet offered no privacy. I could also easily hear my neighbors.

the hotel is close to shops and the train station. the room was sound proofed. the staff were friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations for local attractions.

the temperature control was not adjustable in the room.

smooth checkin polite service excellent staff

alberto and lana checked me in quickly, allowing a room selection. sonya offered polite breakfast service, though options were limited. the staff members overall cared about customers.

i missed having a refrigerator in my room, it's a small thing but would have been convenient.

the cozy single room small featured a comfortable bed with quality linens, i slept SO well!!! a work desk and chair also allowed for some productivity and all contributed to a functional space.

the breakfast area offered a continental spread, along with freshly cooked eggs to order, the food was AMAZING!!! the coffee machine provided various hot beverages. seating was well-arranged to accommodate guests without feeling crowded.

the location was good, placing me conveniently for exploring the area..

My room was far from ideal. A persistent, unpleasant smell lingered in the bathroom throughout my stay. i did not report it to the front desk, as i did not want to spend time on that.
